That makes no sense whatsoever. Other stats easily go over 100. There is nothing about those two stats that should not be able to. This console is still not correctly applying the hull penetration or impulse expertise skills, and still lists those skills. If that is not what was intended to be fixed, what is this incorrect description? Looks the same on both Holodeck and Tribble.

Never mind the first part. That had to do with my T4 Nukara passive. I still can't figure out how I'm able to fire an energy weapon under EBC though.

The only other programs I usually run in the background are teamspeak and firefox. I have played since season 2 and this the first time I have ever experienced this or any other issue.
