I just finished the 3 parts of the temporal set, and am planning to get the rule 62 to finish my Mobius build. Tipler cylinder is nice by the way, get a wells guys, it's good. /luckiest guy in the world, got 2 wells from dil grinding master keys

Back on topic, it is a shame that the Dreadnought Cruiser doesn't get the turn rate comm ability, as it could do with that. But at least it's getting any powers at all. Maybe the fabled fleet version will have all 4?

How about making Lobi's account bound, and make 1 lobi worth say 1000 or 10,000 GPL? Keep the gold (pressed latinum) farming business alive? How do we know that they still use cloaks in the 29th century? I notice this as well. The weapons are SPiral waves, or a Phaser weapon with an added Disruptor proc. On ground, spam weapons malfunction. In space, Viral Matrix them. It isn't that effective, but it helps. Tractor beam as well.

This is possibly the best idea I have ever seen on these forums. In fact, this thread is possibly the best way to fix the balance issues without massive overhauls to every ship's stats.

I'm actually a member of HOBO, and personally know yomatofan, and while I'm glad that they have reached T5 everything, you have to agree, it's way too much time and money for any fleet to reach tier 5, especially on a game with as many issues as STO. The whole game is seriously imbalanced. The way to get things done is DPS, while tanking it out as a cruiser/engineer while whittling down your enemy doesn't work, nor does a heals/debuffs science approach work. My Mobius build isn't completely for DPS, it also has a bit of survivabilty and can throw the odd heal around, as there is almost always a heal spare. Why no love for the Fleet Advanced Escort? It's a patrol escort but more science than engi right? And multi-vector is pretty fun. Personally, I use a Mobius as it gets REALLY fun in PvP. If I ever get the lobi for the temporal set... then daym, that would be hench. :P
