I like fleet captain carrier and tac vesta. Load full set of elite Swarmer, gravity well 2&3, photonic shockwaves. Use purple projectile doffx2, operation deflector doffx1, sci gravimetric doffx1, sci shockwaves doffx1. Use 1 gravimetric photon torp, and 2 photon tops. Set aux power to 130 and that is it. Pretty fun setup.

Take a look at the fleet atrox. Two hangars of elite Swarmer, lots of science slots, and good tanking. Turns a bit slow but good enough. My science toon got all those ships listed but fleet atrox got comes out on top ever since elite swarmers came out. Now that blue got real teeth and claws.

Swarmer can be used on vests? I've tried but it greys out. Cannot drop it into vests hangar.
