also while testing it on i think the KDF/jem T5U bugship (free) it applied the section 31 nacelles texture for some reason, but on my main fed/jem'hadar recon ship (t6) all styles of nacelle applied the warp core effect to the entire nacelle, and no bussard effect. but i mean examples like this of how weird this shield…

suggestion to fix bug: replace the rewards from the duty officer pack with a stacking box that contains duty officers of the stated level, like we can get from fleet. this will allow people to open more faster.
taking xenotech for instance, the EPS and hullpen were really meant to be the icing on the cake, the extra 2%. making them into the main part of the console is kind of silly. what if xenotech consoles offered specialist and weapon special attack cooldowns?
problem is that they'd pretty much have to redo every ability for "realistic" mode so you actually can see something representing the ability. also they should add an epilepsy warning to destablising resonance beam.
