Duty officer pack(s) bug

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Fleet support, reinforcements, romulan survivor, delta alliance duty officer packs can all experience this bug

when opening a bunch of them you can occasionally get a pack that gives less than the stated minimum, either when opening a bunch of packs quickly or when opening a pack when overflow is nearly full.

the bug pack gives 4 common duty officers, where the stated reward is 4 common 2 uncommon 1 rare and one special item or better

in the bug you have no chance of higher rarity, no uncommons, no rares, no purples and no special item.

    suggestion to fix bug: replace the rewards from the duty officer pack with a stacking box that contains duty officers of the stated level, like we can get from fleet. this will allow people to open more faster.

    i have duty officer packs that wont open or disappear entirely with no duty officers being gained...also im well under the limit as i only have at most 30 duty officers if not less as i dismissed a bunch thinking that i was over the limit but i was never close to having 100 duty officers

    Are they in your overflow bag, inventory, etc? Or are they in your duty officer roster already?
