Same thing happened to me for the new Counter-Command reputation. It let me hand in the first two Submit Battle Reports to 8472 Counter-Command (Hourly) yesterday, but wouldn't let me queue a third as my next project whilst the second was running. When the second finished, the available project changed to Continued Task…
