Thanks for the help, and I now got the 3 vertical bars which is helping a lot. But so far, I haven't been able to keybind any of the abilities in the vertical bars. Is there a way to do that?

I've been trying to create a Romulan character on Tribble but it will not give me the option. When I put my cursor over the Romulan ensignia, it says I need to have a level 25 Federation captain. Hey I've been trying to create a Romulan character on Tribble. I have 5 unused character slots and a level 50 Star Fleet character (already on Tribble), yet I cannot get the option to create a Romulan. When I put my cursor over the Romulan ensignia, it says I have to have a level 25 Federation captain. What gives?
