It's not the console and it's not the ISP. I play the Elder Scrolls Online. That game loads up so fast my head practically snaps off.

This bug happens all the times and at random times. It has happened four times to me today. I finally gave up and just watched television. It's been happening for over a month.

null One of the other camera issues I noticed is you can't rotate the camera like you can on pc. Or if so I can't figure out where in the options it is located. I'd like to see the front of my character.

Oh I'm trying. I'll probably emd and turn all channels off if it doesn't start getting better.

Yeah I used to play on pc anout two or three years ago. The trolls drove me off. The community is what made me quit wow and dcuo. It's new on PS4 so they have a chance right now to curb the behavior.

Some of us didn't get it because we couldn't get the game to download properly in time. The servers were overloaded. I contacted support twice. Nothing.
