I have a prblem with my Romulan character I'm missing Hangar 1 for carriers. Alas my fellow Captains... I'm a bearer of ill news. Today I logged into launcher to check if the fix is on. There was a patch but unfortunatly the "Unable to start game client: client quit unexpectedly", appeared again.

I had the same issue yesterday! I downloaded 80% of nearly 9k info when the gamelauncher crashed with a note that it encountered a fail in the download (it wasn't saying what the failure was) but anyways it closed the game. its cuz of the weapon zone permissions. You know how there is a no weapons zone in the city where your beam down, and after the bridge gateway you enter the battlezone. My guess is that the 2 zones aren't responding properly. And are causing this problem. Sent a ticket and wait that's all I can suggest.

Yep that's a problem. I had it too. Seeing my main toon name not appearing on my phantom copies from the shard. After a patch that was fixed. guess you'll have to wait.

Also I too did a fresh and clean install of the game (downloading it from STO Arc webpage) before sending a ticket to support. What I did was verify the files through steam and open the Star Trek Online.exe file in which is located in the Arc game folder. I have both Arc and Steam. LOL I got a replay from Support and they tell me to do what I did before they even replay. "Delete game and all content, re-download game and install" :D Even tho I pointed them out in not 1 but 2 tickets that the the problem isn't in the game but the patch. I guess someone didn't read the ticket I sent closely.

hmm my game was fine through Arc and Steam until the S11.5 update patch that cause the game to crash on login loadscreen. I managed to fix the problem temporarily until the next genius patch

I did the repair through steam Right Click the game in (Steam Launcher) >>> Properties >>> Local Files >>> Verify Integrity of Game Chache Than once verified close steam and through the d:\Games\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online.exe Start the game. Did you use the rename option on login(which costs I believe a small amount of zen)..? Cuz if you rename him/her ingame through Char Personal Bio Menu the original name will remain the same.

I had the 40% bug too after a few Patching ups of the game it vanished... The problem isn't in the PC device or the behind PC device its in the system itself

Actually the enemies had to become neutral while in cutscene... atleast they did before. Last time I played STO which was a week ago because of my bugged gamelauncher it seems they just freeze for a mere moment and than they release hell. That's why before a CS I use RSP to absorb all incoming energy attacks.

even if you send them the specs of your PC ain't gonna chance the fact that the 2 broken files are still there haunting the gamelauncher... :/ "future start's slow"

Guy, GUY! As I pointed out in the previous posts the problem is in the 2 corrupted files that are in the STO launcher itself. Its not in the Arc launcher nor in the Steam.
