Can't submit GM Ticket

Last night I started to play a Romulan alt I created a while ago, and had a lot of strange things happen to me. For example, I reached level 20 and my first officer said I was receiving a hail, expecting that this was a promotion and a free ship I answered the hail, but then nothing happened. No Promotion mission is available anywhere, and the next ship would cost me instead of being free.

I also noticed that during the free T3 ship give away I could not claim the free Romulan ship, it said my character was not eligible.

When I put in the support ticket for these (and a few other weird G=gameplay issues) it acted like it submitted the ticket, but when I go to view my support tickets in the game I get the error of "[Ticket Error] - Cant connect.". I tried Googling but didn't find anything else about this. Did my ticket actually get submitted? Is there anyway I can get a confirmation that it was submitted and someone is looking into it?

I'm fine if the GMs are busy after a new content update, after all it's only an alt so I can be patient, I just wanted to be sure my ticket was submitted.

    I've submitted numerous in-game support tickets over the last 6 months and never seen a ticket number show up for any of them, nor received any responses.

    Months? Its been like that for years. The only way to get a ticket that works is through the arc website.

    As far as i know there are no gm's in game. Even if there are they have never responded to anyone calling for one, and to top that off the person calling for one ends being made a joke of by everyone in zone chat.

    Ingame GM..? Never did get a replay from ingame GM, only from Arc Support...

    If you need to send a ticket write an email to customersupport@perfectworld.com. As others said, in-game reporting of issues doesn't seem to work ever since PWE took over, at least we get no indication whatsoever that the issue is registred at all. On the other hoof, I still have an active support ticket from Atari in my in-game tickets, sitting there waiting to be resolved since almost four years now pig-2.gif​​

    :D LOL 4 years! Funny thing is when I try to go to the support page through my account screen goes white with the message: "page not found" but when I'm offline I get to support and post tickets.
    But thanks I'll try the customersupport. I hope they resolve my issue where my gamelauncher crashes everytime on login loadscreen. :| Haven't played STO for a week now cuz of this bug.
