Last night I started to play a Romulan alt I created a while ago, and had a lot of strange things happen to me. For example, I reached level 20 and my first officer said I was receiving a hail, expecting that this was a promotion and a free ship I answered the hail, but then nothing happened. No Promotion mission is available anywhere, and the next ship would cost me instead of being free.
I also noticed that during the free T3 ship give away I could not claim the free Romulan ship, it said my character was not eligible.
When I put in the support ticket for these (and a few other weird G=gameplay issues) it acted like it submitted the ticket, but when I go to view my support tickets in the game I get the error of "[Ticket Error] - Cant connect.". I tried Googling but didn't find anything else about this. Did my ticket actually get submitted? Is there anyway I can get a confirmation that it was submitted and someone is looking into it?
I'm fine if the GMs are busy after a new content update, after all it's only an alt so I can be patient, I just wanted to be sure my ticket was submitted.

As far as i know there are no gm's in game. Even if there are they have never responded to anyone calling for one, and to top that off the person calling for one ends being made a joke of by everyone in zone chat.

But thanks I'll try the customersupport. I hope they resolve my issue where my gamelauncher crashes everytime on login loadscreen. Haven't played STO for a week now cuz of this bug.
