• My Launcher is not frozen it seems the add itself is overlapping for some odd reason the logon process... Instead of the logon being in the center its in the upper left wherew the add to buy Zen promotion is... This is not normal. The Launcher is the Problem not the server time outs.

• The problem I am having is the Launcher comes up... But the Advertising box is sitting on toip of my login... It's no longer in the middle where it used to be... I am running Windows 8. 64 bit.

• The Problem I am having is the laucnher is showing no logon at all in the middle where it normally is. Instead its behind the advertising box and in the upper left hand corner... Thus rendering me unable to log in.
