Having same issue with Shooter Mode for last couple of weeks directly after a Thursday patch, very annoying. I'm getting same issues here (Europe), last few days getting severe lag and disconnections and painful time-outs trying to log back in, particularly last two days. But pretty much since their "Stability Update for the Holodeck server" a few days ago. All other content and internet is perfect - problems only applies to STO.
