Hi,, I try to get the Phalanx vessel with 2 characters, a KDF and Rom-KDF (level 14 and 10 when I try) but can't claim. Both characters are new and with the correct level to get the ship according to STO blog post (says Lt. Cmdr level 10 or above). The buttom always are in gray saying my character is restricted to get this…
