I have the same issue. it shows as having been purchased but the T6 Miradorn ship, tommy gun and privateer uniform aren't recliamable.

I can confirm, downloaded and installed driver 397.55 and it appears to have fixed this problem.

I'd Love to add to this, I'd really really love to play this game BUT I can barely play for 35 mins before the fps drops then I start to get lagging sound, then straight up glitching sound to the point where my actual system has to be rebooted, please look into this problem I really miss being able to play this game for…

I had the same bug but I was able to work around it, I decided to use my MVAM console and when the separation began my ship suddenly appeared and I was able to complete the mission, just an idea heh

Nope still crashes when I try to log into my character that's on Nimbus 3...

Is anyone else having problems logging in I've tried all my chars and it gets to about 94% and then crashes to desktop, I've tried logging in normal and safe login and both cause the client to crash

So did they say anything about wiping characters? cause I just logged in and all 3 of mine, 2 copies from holodeck and a romulan I lvled to 50, are now gone.... ok nm just read the post on character wipes....sucks heh

ok I just refreshed my account info its all back now :D thank god I was about to have a heart attack cause I'm so close to my 1k vet reward lol

what I would like to know is why the STO site says that my account is inactive when its been paid for up to the 25th of this month when I renew it and I'm 12 days from my 1000 day vet reward, maybe it has something to do with the auth servers being down?:eek:
