It is no longer an issue, I just waited a few hours and then tried again and I was allowed to buy a foundry slot. Thanks to everyone who commented

I can't, it says character creation is disabled because I don't have a Foundry Project Slot, but I can't purchase one because the pop-up box is blank and only let's me cancel my purchase.

I still want to be given my Zen, because otherwise they are conning us, which is also an act of fraud and we could sue PWE...

The video ones work, but I am trying to get 125 Zen for a lock box key, and I currently have 100 Zen, so to get a good amount of keys, it would take me months to get enough Zen.

Never mind, I found a link leading to the new installer, I was told by a friend that you needed the Arc but it would appear that is not the case.
