Seems whatever maintenance happened hasn't fixed the stability of the account server. It's down again as far as I can tell. That Tardigrade Maintenance Squad needs to be fed more Klingons... or their hamsterwheels need oiling ;)
I think you oopsed the dates on the announcement. 17-21 of January? We're not all temporal agents! ;) [Edit] Referring to https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11068173-junior-officer-weekend%21 - the Junior event. I'm assuming it's 31 Jan - 4 Feb instead.
Kinda wonder if they found database corruption of sorts. I've had some very odd glitches the past week... My main Vulcan toon not being able to use several transwarp destinations such as fleet base, dil mine and research base... and my new JemHarhar toon repeatedly unequipping a bunch of stuff from its current ship. Eh. At least they keep people informed. I work in IT. I know stuff can break in nasty ways sometimes... that's why you have maintenance windows set up so they have the least impact if the window has to be extended. Sucks a bit for the Euro crowd who will lose an evening for the most. But it happens. If it messes folks…

Yea, divide and conquer if you are having dil cap issues: - Create some characters, level them to 11 and get some basic doffs on them, then use the doff system to farm both dil and xp - Once they get to 52 the admiralty system unlocks. Put accountwide unlocks on your alts and farm dil from admiralty. If you've got a number…
Replacing the game launcher with a 0 length file, then just hitting "play" in the Arc client. It still counted as launching the game and tended to speed up farming arc quests that way. Did it myself as well after learning this trick over from a few peeps at PWI - its use was widespread there. Probably to the point where it…
Tip: Windows XP 64 bit edition -should- work if you have a 64 bit capable computer and are willing to reinstall using that OS. XP64 uses the Server 2003 kernel which does have the entry points that the game is asking for. I haven't fully tested this, but I remember a similar issue with the ARC client a few months back -…
