    Class specific objectives in missions seem to be all the rage now (which is a very good thing). Are there plans to start fleshing out our Boffs with Boff-specific objectives? For example, during a hypothetical aid-the-planet mission, we would be required to bring our chief medical officer to complete the certain tasks regarding helping the wounded, etc...

    The Andorian ship was scheduled for release in February. However its not moved up the Engineering reports like one would suspect. Why is this? Is it due to normal Project slippage, or some other reason? Do we have any idea when it will make it?

    Is there ever going to be a way to get rid of the "USS" in front of the ship? Mainly for RP reasons?

    Could we get Canon Bridges? I know you have look-alike Galaxy, Prometheus, and Intrepid Bridges, but the colors and layout are just “off”. Some bridges that are just a copy of the bridges from the TV shows and movies would be awesome.

    Are there immediate plans for improvements to Foundry NPC costumes?

    I'd like it if we could adjust colors and pieces for non-Federation/Klingon NPCs or have a neutral faction that can mix pieces between faction costumes. Sliders are also a big deal for me and I'm noting some players are starting to think that scale sliders will never be added in any form for Foundry missions. I hope there's some kind of plan to allow this, even if it's only in the form of, say, 10 "Premium" NPC costume slots we have to share between our missions.

    I have one simple question with the soon to be realesed TOS interior bundle are there any plans to make TNG, VOY, DS9, or ENT era interiors at a later date?

    When will fleets get some love we got a little taste can you give us some more?

    When will the rest of the galaxy open up to us?

    Will we be getting more Boff and ship slots soon and not have to pay for them in the C-Store?

    When will we Have poker? we can use it now with the dry content.

    can you tell us a little more about the new tech for ship interiors?

    when will the skill tree be revamped and when will we get VA skills?

    can we get some details about the new in game Voice chat?

    can we get the TNG and Movie Admiral Uniforms?

    when we are able to customize our ship interiors will we have to use the foundry or will it be an in game UI like the ship one is?

    i hope some of these will get answered but if not thanks for making a great game and look forward to the new updates.

    STO iPhone app... When?
    I'd pay $10 for one with good in game integration to chat, mail, exchange, and maybe even a minigame... Hmmm... STO integrated into my daily life... Seems like a winner!

    Throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks, no real priority in ordering of questions...

    1) There are new T1/3/5/6 ships, will there be any new T2/4 ships? I especially would like a Tier 4 cruiser with decent turning, even if it's not as powerful as the Galaxy.

    2) Will STF bosses be returned to normal hitpoints? They've gone from taking many minutes to kill with a complete team to one person taking them out in 20-30 seconds.

    3) When will The Cure be fixed? (in the past few weeks, Workers can now assimilate, hold, call reinforcements + second gate seems much harder... the elite tactical drones are now able to sometimes two shot players in the same way as B'Tran dual pistol weilders) A long time issue is that when you die and respawn you do so multiple gates back and have to run for 5+ minutes and through several groups of borg who respawned at the gates after the team moved on.

    4) When will shuttles be able to launch from ships?

    5) Will the shuttle system be revamped so that it doesn't TRIBBLE up the bridge officer layout when you return to your ship? (an unavoidable part of how we currently use shuttles by changing ships)

    6) Are there any plans to add an Android/iOS/Win7 app? (for managing things like mail, exchange, bank, cstore, etc.)

    7) Will you consider making an app so that powers can appear on an iPhone or something using the actual graphics instead of having to rely on keybind type programs.

    8) When World of Warcraft introduced DirectX 11 I experienced a 20% increase in framerate in addition to the usual lighting/water benefits. Will this become an option during 2011?

    9) We now have Tier 1 cruiser and escort, will there be a science (Oberth hopefully) ?

    10) Will the available types of diplomacy missions be expanded? (negotiating disputes such as on Starbase 39, picking up emergency supplies from one system for delivery to another, etc.)

    11) Relating to the thread for scrapping the current Captain's Table... Is there any chance of making it more like the books and moving the entrance to a door in each station's bar?

    12) Will the Feds ever get a playable Typhoon or Jupiter class dreadnought?

    13) Will you make transwarp timers continue expiring when on interior or ground maps, or even when logged out for an equivalent piece of time? i.e. have them actually cool down at Trigger Time + 30 minutes.

    14) Will the Klingon side of some of the weekly missions (specifically thinking of Drozana station) be revised so that you aren't basically playing as a Fed with noone noticing that you're the enemy?

    15) Might the torpedo system be revamped to allow for missile boats? (cooldowns and DPS would probably need adjustment) I dream of flying an Akira and launching a massive wave of a dozen+ torpedoes - even if that means I have to rely on teammates to take down a target's shields first.

    16) Will our private bridge/interior maps be properly resized?

    17) Will there be any new STFs? I could easily see doing a Undine trilogy (after Terradome is fixed). It would be wonderful to have a quarterly STF addition or have a new set added on each year's anniversary.

    18) Merits have very little use in the endgame, as part of currency simplification might we be able to convert them to emblems?

    19) When will the currency simplification take place? As a VA I have many hundreds of useless lower level exploration points I would love to convert (even at a loss) for high level stuff.

    20) Will a lobby system be introduced for Fleet Actions to make them more populated?

    21) Instead of designing uniforms for individual bridge officers, when might we be able to set male/female uniforms for the ship's crew as a whole?

    22) Will the "Crystalline Entity" mission be revamped?

    23) Can the EC limit in Dabo please be waived? 300EC at a time is a painfully slow way to get latinum and those fancy yet short term holographic ship cloaks.

    24) Can you make items bind to account instead of to character? There have been lots of STF purple loot I've won that are useless for the toon I was playing, yet highly useful for one of my other toons.

    25) Since the Klingons aren't really being fleshed out mission-wise can we have a second PVP faction? This way we could have a real faction war (Romulans vs Klingons?) and reduce the pressure for normal missions as the PVP is clearly the real content.

    26) Could we have toon copy with new races so that you could copy a Klingon char to a Kinshaya without having to relevel and spice up the PVP? These minor 3rd party factions could be specifically created with the expectation of no PVE or C-Store content, and thus make them fairly easy to implement. Also, instead of having 3 ships for every rank, just have 3 ships period escort/science/tactical with a rank specific doohickey addable via console that affects appearance (which I believe is an ability already in the works).

    27) The Pelia sector was created a while back, but not much was done with it. Are there plans for more content there in 2011?

    28) Will the rare particle trace drop rates be fixed? I get the feeling the drop rate was supposed to be roughly equal, but that is not how it has worked out.

    29) Can the variable used for rank by NPCs be changed to point to title instead? Instead of "Rear Admiral, Upper-Half Aqua", I would love to be able to select being addressed as Admiral Aqua or Torpedo Target Aqua. At the very minimum, have rear admirals be simply addressed as "Rear Admiral Aqua" and leave off the upper/lower halves which are absurd in conversation.

    30) Can the Ensign boff slot of each ship be made universal?

    31) Are there any special plans (or even just mentions) of First Contact Day or Federation Day?

    32) In ship names, can we get some more variety? In addition to the normal USS and the NX, I would also like VSS (for everyone who purchased the vulcan ship) and possibly more variants for Andorian ships etc.

    32) For future levels instead of going all the way up to fleet admiral (it's already absurd for 5 vice admirals to act as redshirts on STFs) can we instead introduce some lower level ranks such as Lieutenant Junior Grade, etc. then shift the names of the various other levels.

    33) For the 500 day reward, can we have something such as being able to reroll our species? (endorsing Capt. MarkusKarter's idea here) or copy between factions.

    I would love the ability to re-trait a few of my captains. I messed them up in the beginning and don't want to re-roll them. Will it be possible at some point in the future to re-trait them?

    When will we be able to re-spec one of our Character to another Species, give other Captain trades, or even change the gender & yes all this whit out having to start a new character all over & start from scratch + keeping all the unique accolades & awards you have collected since you have created him, her or it.

    Q. Is there any plans on adding a system when ships take on more damage during a battle, there is a impact on how that ship fights in combat? From maybe subsystems going on and off, maybe lower power levels or power levels that jump up and down (if they jump to high at once past a level the warp core could go off), maybe more damage skins, etc.?

    There's been a lot of talk lately about the way the crafting system is evolving, allowing us to craft things like new weapons, new pets and the Delta Flyer. Will we eventually see something where we'll be able to craft Starships as well? Such as if we wanted to craft a T5 Miranda? My guess that will be tied in with player-owned starbases.

    What can we expect in the way of the next weekly episodes.
    Also is there any chance that we can see some new ships soon both cannon and non-cannon.
    Is it possible that we can be on our bridge, in the captain chair and recieve a mission from the view screen?
    Is there a chance that we can fly a pergine class fighter instead of the shuttle, runabout, delta flyer, and captian yacht.
    What can we expect in next couple of years?
    Is there going more timeline episodes, or alternate reality (Star Trek)

    I hope that you can answer my questions. Or at least some of them anyway.

    I really like the idea and concept of the diplomatic ranks and missions. Are there any ideas being tossed around about further incentives of gaining Diplomacy XP after one reaches Ambassador? Perhaps something along the lines of another perk or even another style of mission?

    I first wanted to say, you guys are doing a great job all around on this game. You deserve more credit.

    FIRST QUESTION: Now that Q's gone, (for now) can we get rid of the silly fountain on ESD, if the grvity plating ever goes off line... I've never heard of a fountain on a space station, sorry.

    SECOND QUESTION: Can we hope to soon see epic changes to the fundamentals of the game which will a)cause a territory war, where each faction plays against the other ie: KvF for some long term reward for the winning faction (could be an alliance with the romulans (we fight for their allegiance)), or a special mission + reward. It would cause a lot of animosity and comradory in the game which would make it sooo much cooler.
    SECOND QUESTION PART 2: Could territory control war be played on a seperate map somehow, if sector space control would effect too many game fundamentals?

    THIRD: If ship interiors become more useful, could we replicate consumables etc, at a replicator station rather than in our inventory?

    FOURTH: with only a limited number of functions for consoles, bank, mail, ship selection and NPC's, if we put too much on ship interiors, will going to social hubs like ESD soon be redundant? It would be awesome if we could see some new functionae on places like ESD such as a pet store (assuming pets are really necessary (0.o). so that we could get that porthos pet someone keeps asking for, and maybe buy some cool new tribbles.

    FIFTH: What will the airponics bay be used for (besides the obvious;))? I hope we will be able to grow consumables there like rippleberries or whatever, and potentially grow superberries for more hit points or something.

    SIXTH: If you ever revisit Drozana Station, could you put some good music in the bar, it can be a happinin spot at times, but needs some love, although please keep it dingy. I don't ask for an entire station upgrade, just make the bar a destination on saturday nights.

    SEVENTH: I'm LOVIN' the idea someone mentioned about creating "random events" such as a hail from starfleet that you only get to play if you are online at the time. Maybe drop us a hint, make them somewhat frequent for a durration, but get more people online talking about this game. I know you do this on tribble sometimes. Sometimes it feels like a offline RPG, because there is little reason to interact with others, even my fleet. I like social combat, like the STFs, but other than that, people are always busy doing their own missions, no one wants to chellenge, PvP, and the fleet actions can be kind of antisocial feeling. I would love to see this game depend more on MMO interaction.

    Will we see any additions added to give shuttles more purpose and balance in game. Such as allowing players with shuttles and fighters to team with a carrier/cruiser and gaining additional buffs from the teaming.

    Are there any plans to address the C-store weapons pack, primarily an increase to damage and DPS to justify purchasing them. As it stands they are sub-par to the craftables of the level you currently play as.

    Have there been any considerations in bringing back some of the old Perpetual designs or hiring on individuals like John Eaves to help develop additional visual content, specificly in regards to adding more species specific ships for the KDF?

    Recently it was mentioned that you are working on current FED missions so they can be played by KDF from an KDF standpoint. What changes will be made? Will they ultimatly have the same outcome as the federation missions? How will these missions ultimatly effect the final 'canon' of STO?

    It was recently mentioned that an upcoming weekly series will be set in cardassian space. With opening cardassian space up to the KDF will there be a change in the war with the federation? And will the location of sector blocks be reorganized so that they make more sense as it is it seems odd that Deferi space is north of cardassian space which is north of eta eridani but defe is west of eta eridiani.

    Two questions:

    First, are there any plans for making the Transporter Room ship interior functional, at least to and from

    community bases as an option.

    And Secondly, are there any plans for STF ground gear rewards, that are equivalent to the ship borg gear in a

    balanced way?

    Hello DStahl,

    I was wondering about if you have plans to go back and revamp the interior bridges? I like some of them but I do not like the idea that I can not walk back to the Captain's chair unless I jump up to it or need a rope to get to it. I would like to have bridge pack that at has interior bridges close to canon if possible please. I got my canon ships, I WANT MY CANON BRIDGES!!!

    Note: I know some are in game. I want ALL OF THEM!!!! LOL. Thanks.:)

    I know we have the list of Hologram, Android, Aenar... (why Talaxians?)

    Anyways, are there plans on the horizon to get player non-humanoid races?
    Creatures like the Sheliak, Incectoids, Bzzit Khaht, Excalbians, etc.

    Moreover, are there plans to expand the KDF player race lineup?
