still cant get pass character careen screen wtf?

day two and i still cant get pass the character career screen before it crashs ...also like to know if the launcher is suposed to verify and mirror before it engages ? please help me

    Have you tried things here or posted your system information?

    There have been reports of crashing while in the character creator. If you're crashing after some time of being in it (ie: not immediately), just pick a pre-built race, assign skills quickly, give them a name, your ship a name, and then create them. If it's happening immediately, I'd try to troubleshoot issues with your install or PC.

    now it crashs at as soon as i log in i see my character then crashs
