No Fleet Starbase Xmas Project?

There doesn't seem to be the usual Fleet Starbase project this Christmas.

Would it be possible to enquire if there will be one, pretty please? I don't want to stand in FSB with my sweater that has lights on for all of Christmas! :lol:

    Q stole all the base ornaments so we cant make them this year.

    It looks like there is no option to add the Fleet Project used to build the annual winter holoship (Eloes) - produced from fleet ornament donations.

    I do have relevant fleet permissions to start projects (my fleet) and I've successfully run this for several years. The project just seems to be missing as an option in Starbase Special Projects. I do have an empty slot to start it in Add Next Project.

    It's as if Q himself is interfering with the space time continuum (but that usually happens on Thursday through Tuesday).

    This has already been reported in 3 locations and has already been reported as being looked into.
    Howevver, we have yet to get a report back, so the likelyhood is Q is being his old helpfull self and preventing us from knowing the truth about this years antics he is notorious for.
    I feel he stole our ornaments so we couldnt get them for our fleets.
    Now I KNOW he stole our ornaments ! :)

    Sometimes when they activate the holiday ornaments the old ones you havent done shows up on the list along with the new one. I know of a fleet that had one winter 5 projects that had not been finished yet or started.

    Yea I noticed that too...

    We're still waiting on word though so we'll update when we hear something.

    Rattler, Q is playing a bad joke on us this year.
    Find him and shoot him out a cannon :) into a black hole :)
    That should solve the problem all together verry quickly :)
    Get rid of Q :)

    Any news if Q is gonna give us back our 2024 ornaments for the fleet yet?

    There is not going to be a 3D Fleet Ornament.

    This is sad. I mean its not like the whole fleet assembled under the deco to celebrate like its an xmas tree (then again, hanging on the SB aint that fun with the constant tribble respawn); but in the end it was another reason for everyone to log in with multiple characters to get the ornaments together.

    I am running those assignments on 18 people checking 4x daily cause right now i can.
    I am making 30k per person for a week :) x 18 x 4 Im good :) It doesnt add up to that much but every little bit helps.

    I learned on Reddit that you can also get some winter DOFF assignments in the Fleet Embassy. I checked it out and yes, there are some there. Never knew that. I knew about Q's Winter Wonderland, ESD, and Starfleet Academy though for Fed and Fed-aligned. As well as Klingon Academy and Qo'NoS for Klingons and KDF-aligned.

    Still will miss having a fleet starbase Christmas project. I liked those, some didn't but I did.

    I just found out in another forum thread that the account on Reddit called Borticus-Cryptic has been suspended. Now I am not sure what to believe if indeed there will be no fleet starbase project for this year and the years after.

    Edit: Account now has been unsuspended.

    I have a message into support waiting for a difinitive answer.
    They did acknowledge my inqiry and noted they are doing further research on the issue.
    I myself have decided to go with run doff assignments for ornaments anyway just in case Q desides to give us our ornaments anyway but at this point, i seriously doubt that they will show up at all.

    Yes, Bort's account on Reddit was temporarily suspended, but he says that should be cleared up soon. But it is true. The Winter Holographic Decorations have been discontinued.

    As soon as I'm able to get in touch with our new CM, Jyx, I'm going to ask her if they can re-run the old projects for Fleets that missed out on them. No guarantees, though.

    Welllllll.....could you propose getting Christmas Decorations Project (with trees/lights etc) for Fleet Starbases.....please? I'm already bored being the human xmas tree already :lol:
