I bought the 32c bundel went to claim the ships on other toons and the kirk is not available in the store. the janeway and the courage are the only ones that can be claimed. im hoping to get it unlocked account wide seeing i paid forit. thank you.

    I have a similar issue except I can access the Kirk and the Janeway but not the courage..not even on the toon that originally purchased the bundle.

    Hi, Yep same here,, I couldnt make a ticket in game as it kept saying it wouldnt send, So i emailed support who didnt understand the problem at all, just kept saying "you can only claim the ship once" or maybe its because you didnt do the tut", So I asked for it to be passed up the chain to someone else like the last time i had a missing item, that was on Saturday its now Tuesday and still nothing back from them.

    I have access to the 2 other ships just not the kirk.
