Vux (Defera NPC) doesn't offer Cryo Grenades

How it should work:
Vux should have Cryo Grenades on offer, 50% chance every hour, after players have run out of them and completed the Breen episodes.
Why I'm thinking it's not working:
I've checked at least a dozen times. Had no grenades (except for the different device called biothermal dampener) at all: not in my bank, inventory, none on my character or Boffs. With a 50% chance, it's statistically nearly impossible that I still haven't seen them for sale, given the number of times I checked.
Alternative change that I can suggest:
Add a recipe to the R&D system, so that players can craft these grenades. As it would make things more convenient to players, I think that's preferable anyway, so it might be the better solution if fixing the NPC isn't feasible.

True. The wiki also says so.
But I had completed the entire arc when I began checking Vux.
