First impression, bunker mode from the typhoon, combined with cardassian weapon platforms and that is a lot of turrets.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
Please tell me I'm not the only one going squeee and saying I Want over all this?
And Cryptic had WAY too much fun with that trailer, recreating scenes from the other games, and even did a mockup of the old Activision intro.
Check the youtube and squee some more: The fusion-cube and Hutet were in it.
So while they are not in THIS bundle, it is likely they will arrive in game shortly.

I watched the video. That was not a Hutet, that was a Damar, that we already have in game. But yes I squee'd hardcore. And you can't tell me we're NOT going to see a Fusion Cube in a mission or TFO.
I kinda wanna say that the Wolf 359 Cube was a test for the Fusion Cube due to size.
As soon as I can get in game I'm gonna see what is included in that bundle. If its just the ships I might be able to get them when I finish my Campaign Run. If there are more things like a costume unlock it might be a few months with how slow the DL Exchange is being.
The impression of the Cardassian warship was that it was a notch larger than that and the Hutet would fit with introducing the Achilles.

Time stamp for the Hutet as I have watched the trailer a few times and there is no Hutet, the only two cardie ships were the Damar class Intel Dread and the Detapa class Escort.
Would love to see the Hutet in game at some point but unfortunately doubt we will due to it being a cardie ship.

Darn.
Always looking for additional Cardassian ships.

I wouldn't mind some more Cardi ships too, both playable and to fight against. I think the Hutet would make a good Juggernaut, maybe with a Spiral Wave Juggernaut Array.
Also wouldn't mind seeing some of the Klingon and Romulan ships from older games make their way in.
For now i am contemplating if i use the slowly acquired Zen or one of my bundle of T6 coupons.

I've been having issues with their site for the past couple weeks, too. Everything loads slow, or not at all. Don't know if it's because of the changeover from Cryptic, which was news to me coming back for the first time in a while.
I was saving up to see what this year's anniversary bundle would be at the end of the year, and get that, if it was finally all Klingon ships, the T6 Dysons, or a Mudd bundle, but looks like I'm getting these instead. Guess this'll finally get me to play my temporal recruit and finish up their quests.
I haven't even been able to buy zen. I can go the charge website, I can log on there and select an amount - and then it just freezes, like the main website.
Will try again tomorrow. And else I guess I'm going to wait until I get my event C-store tokens.
Holy HECK I wasn't expecting this bundle! THis is very much a nostalgia bomb for me. I have VERY fond memories of ST: Armada. It's why I recognized the Assimilator when it was first added. o_o Thank you very, very much Cryptic!
...it will remain available indefinitely at the full price of 12,500 Zen.
This makes me happy. Not a chance box. Freedom to buy outright at the player's leisure. Should we miss the intro sale. And can choose or not to wait for a future sale.

In case anyone was wondering, the Achilles was a prototype warship that featured in the game Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - Dominion Wars, and the Premonition was featured in the game Star Trek Armada. And the Typhon (apparently) featured in the game Star Trek: Invasion, which was a console exclusive. Two of them were released back in 2000, DW was 2001.
okay can we talk about the ugly deflector and secondary hull the Achilles has, surely they could have used something more sleek like this:
I can use a Vanity shield to remove the Red effect but the shape is still kind of ugly, that being said i am still getting my favorite ship but still a new skin would be nice.

Well it was designed based on the model used from Dominion Wars, which had a red stripe deflector.

Who knows, maybe they'll release a legendary variant with a normal deflector a year from now.
Honestly though, the deflector wasn't the most serious issue there. And on the Achilles it's not really an issue either that it doesn't look that great.
The ship, overall, looks amazing. And I don't really look at my own ships from the front anyway. Most of the time, while playing, you'll be looking at it from behind and above it.
This is also why I can still call myself a Vesta fan. xD That's another ship that looks great overall, even though there aren't really any perfect deflector options (with good hull ones in this case) there.
I wish we could remove that third nacelle-thingy from the Premonition though. I'm fine with not having more options as in having more replacable parts. But can we at least remove it? I like how the rest of the ship looks, it's a fine, sleek cruiser.
But that thing... It has a weird angle and it looks more like a strange handle in case some huge Cosmozoan needs to grab it, while it's flying in space, to throw it away or something like that.

That's the most defining feature of the ship (without you can very nearly kitbash this ship 1:1 with Sovereign and Archon) and modeling it without comes at a real cost to dev time (rigging the option, modeling the gaps, designing what you model, and adjusting textures). Ultimately Cryptic prioritizes authenticity and needs to make priority calls on niceties. This falls in the same category as someone wanting to remove the Chekov's/Springfield's mission pod. Would be nice, but it's hard to say more than that (reasonably).
PS. It's also the temporal drive of the ship (see. being an integral design facet setting the character of the ship), not a warp nacelle. The *Premonition* isn't just a funky Sovy.

I wish this console https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Console_-_Universal_-_Nadion_Saturation_Bomb could be equipped on the Achilles (and other vessels).

The USS Typhon is accurate to how it was designed in Star Trek Invasion. Yea its blocky, but it was built as a Carrier for that game.

Two Enterprise-F's with one console, additional fighters with the trait of another ship...
It's just a pity that the Premonition cannot be customised. And its trait seems pretty much useless.
Cool video.
Question though: why wasn't a playable fusion cube included in this bundle?

Blasphemy, the Typhon is amazing.
