Unable to use Beach Comber outfits

So years ago when the Beachcomber set first came out, I got it for my character Spitfire. I have enjoyed using this outfit for her, but in recent times every time I got to modify the colors of the outfit, it completely disappears and I cannot access it again without it disappearing for good. tonight I went to try again and found that now i can use the beachcomber top, but when I go to use the rolled shorts, they are not in my list of options to be used. A friend even rebought me the outfit and gave it to me to use to make sure the game registered that I have it. I used it and the game told me i already had this item.

    I think the beachcomber outfit has been moved to the Beachwear Separates and no longer available in either Uniform or Off-Duty.

    i just looked in the tailor using the beachwear separates and no, the shorts are not an available option to pick

    I have looked under both areas and the same problem exists
