Unable to assimilate NPC's in Scorpion's Abyss

I've tried to run the mission on 3 different KDF / 2 Fed character's. Unfortunately, when you get to the part of being able to assimilate the NPC's it will not give the prompts to do so. The NPC's just keep getting up with no health. Can't seem to progress in episode.

    Had it worked for you earlier and just now won't work? I haven't run the mission since the latest patch, but it was fine for me before that.

    It did work earlier but it seems after the patch on the 15th, it no longer works

    So far I have been unable to complete the mission for the same reason. I have not found a work around, but submitted a ticket to see what the devs say. Will try completely dropping the mission and re-starting again in the meantime.

    Has this been resolved? I have been running this all day on my last delta recruit and it keeps bugging out. I dropped the mission and restarted it three times to no avail.

    what level is anyone's captain? I made a new captain, he's level 2 and he can't assimilate anyone. but all my guys who are 65 can do it just fine.
    I don't take sides, I work angles. More choices that way.

    I just did the mission yesterday with a mid-level character and it worked ok, hopefully it will work again today with another character.

    well why I was wondering about the level of the character was because my sister also tried to run it with a level 3 character and she couldn't assimilate anyone either. like the option wasn't there and even sometime she couldn't even properly knock starfleet out. they'd fall down, get up again, the bridge officers would keep fighting them then knock them out again, but never able to assimilate. They'd also sometime just star knocked out, but still unable to assimilate.
    I don't take sides, I work angles. More choices that way.

    I'm having this issue as well. The character I am using is a Lvl3. I cannot assimilate the intruders. They just fall down, but they get back up again. I'm never able to keep them down.
