Fleet Power Network Array all messed up.

i know its all messed up but. i was able to reduce attack pattern alpha every 45 sec. all 2minute cooldown universal console activation to be usable every 30+sec. bio-molecular shield generator and other active space reputation to be chained i was able to use it nonstop placing the bubble one after another after the first one expire. certain combination of the console pretty much turn it into a all-encompassing photonic officer that reduce and refresh everything that has a cooldown, from captain ability, space reputation ability, console abilty, and give insane weapon firing haste. and the whole cycle can be maintain 100% uptime. i was gonna bug report it in game but apparantly the feature was removed. i even made a video to send to the dev...its a last resort i turn to the forum to report this.

    so looking around the internet to see people opinion on the new fleet power network array. and actually testing it throughly. ive come to the conclusion that the console isnt broken. its OVERPOWERED as hell by itself yes. but its the stupid trait Flagship Staffing is what reset the console that make an Op console permanently 100% uptime. the flagship console reset cooldown of non-specific firing mode. and it can do this every 30sec. jelly mode, the console itself for some reason is classified as a non-specific firing mode. instead of it say being classified as an AURA buff. its a firing mode instead. the console give 35sec firing haste...the trait reset a lot of cooldown every 30sec...which lead the console to be permanently up at all time. and the trait is triggered by any healing ability or command ability.

    so you get permanent firing haste and pet buff. and if you used it on the cnidarian defender you get nonstop electrical lightning shot (same with direct energy firing if you use it on other ship) and if you time your jelly mode correctly it allow you to move around to enter and exit jelly mode on demand. so yes the console is overpowered as hell. but its the stupid trait flagship staffing that reset every cool-down that is not considered or classified as a firing mode by the game, this include every ability like boff, captain, reputation, console ability, what the trait does not reduce cool-down to instantly reuse are ability that has a global cool-down that is lock like captain ability Attack Pattern Alpha, which has a 45sec cool-down that cannot be lowered. for everything else when you trigger the trait Flagship Staffing it instantly reduce it.

    Today's patch addressed the hasting cooldown issue for the Fleet Power Network Array console but it still has the problem of only applying its passive +24.2 EPG for a few seconds when equiping it.

    After patching it no longer reduces cooldown on torpedoes. It states weapon haste not "energy weapon haste" so it should also apply to torpedo cooldown.

    Or mines they don't seem to benefit either. I wonder if the pet cooldown is broken as well and only energy weapons when it should be both.
