"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

"Favorite" would be hard to pin down, but the theme to the original V miniseries was very good in a simple, understated way. I remember the stuff on top of the TV console would shake and slip around a bit at the heavy base tones.
Gerry Anderson gave us quite a few themes that were just plain epic - Thunderbirds goes down in history due to that wonderful opening theme that's just so instantly recognisable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huPB3T0v_uQ

Big Finish Torchwood theme (better than the TV version IMO)
Personal favourite music suite from the audio adaptation of Russell T Davies' novel Damaged Goods

I also like the dark and twisted opening from Captain Scarlet:
"Star Fleet" is often mistaken as a Gerry Anderson show, but it's not:
One of the best space TV shows ever, had an absolutely rocking soundtrack that was just way better than any cartoon show ever deserved to have:
(Seriously, this cartoon show is out there in YouTube in full for y'all to watch - it's absolutely stunning!)
Finally, although 'sci-fi' is perhaps not the most accurate description of this, MYST has an astonishing theme:
There's a lyric video for the opening song, "Status Report":
