I'm I missing something?

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
So I can log in to STO website see my account info but when I tried to log in via Arc launcher, I get information doesn't match.

    Played for a few hours this morning, got stuck/frozen mid mission, dropped it, logged off and have been trying to get back in for over an hour now, to no avail. P.S. the rework of the website sucks- couldn't leave well enough alone I guess.
