Unable to contribute or use colony world coffer provisions after todays patch. this applies to all characters and all accounts and all my characters are fleet rank 7 as the sole owner of my fleet and therefore will always have correct permissions. other players have reported it broken for them and their fleets as well.

    been asking around in different channels and yep its a problem alright.

    Klingon Colony has the same problem, unable to use coffers for colony projects.

    You can still contribute battery, luxury and ore directly from your character to a project though if that helps a dev reading this.

    I haven't checked to see if your character can donate to the coffer. Will post later if I can (or remember too...)

    Same here. Cannot contribute from the coffers.

    The automatic coffer mines are also broke. It no longer collects coffer provisions for your fleet on automatic.
    'I bumped this up to a support ticket today following the lack of fixes done on the colony coffers.

    You shouldn’t leave account handles on the forum. It is a security risk.

    Release notes for patch on Thursday January 26th make no mention of a fix... :(

    Agreed. Issue started after 1/19/23 patch. Fleet leader characters of both Fed and KDF fleets on my account, and both have permission checked. Colony coffers are full, but contributions are greyed out.

    I've been keeping an eye on this situation and have fired off a report up the chain. For you guys in here, is it just the coffers you can't pull from, or can the game not even pull from provisions in your character inventory. example: you have 150 provisions in your inventory and can't donate them

    dark blade, If we have provisions in our inventory those we can contribute.
    Whats failed is the automatic mines on the colony.
    We have been unable to collect mined provisions from the automatic provision mining system since the update on the 24th.
    I also just found out that you cannot contribute to a project from coffers even if they have something in them.
    The coffers AND the automated collection system are no longer working at all.
    This effects all 3 provisions, none of the automatic miners are collecting any of the provisions so there are no daily provions since the 24th following the update.

    \So now an unfinished colony project is on hold and it should of been finished on Saturday, Thanks a bunch for the lack of timely fix meant to cause delays in peoples fleet projects.

    I have the same issue with the automatic provisioning system for the Colony holding. No new provisions are currently being created for the coffers (both Fed and KDF).

    Not able to test the contribution from coffers to active projects until later tonight or tomorrow.

    Thanks for the thread. At least I know I'm not alone. I'm also a fleet commander and cannot use the colony coffers which have plenty of provisions.

    Someone mentioned the auto provision mines also not working just in case I would like to point out there is an old ui counter bug where it will not update until someone contributes something anything to one of the colony projects. this issue has been around a long time and that workaround has never failed. However I have even tried this workaround and can confirm the auto provision collection mines are also not working at all now as well.

    This is not a rant Fix our Fleet Colony as a Leader of the Large -STO- Community We are getting complaints and its The Game after Tuesday Patch But no Fix on Thursday PLS address this issue

    If you have provisions in your character inventory, they can be donated to the active project. I have not tested if they can be donated to the coffer...

    I was able to do the mini-game on the colony for luxury provisions, but was unable to donate them directly to luxury coffer. However, as shadowleopard64 mentioned above, due to the counter bug, the coffer may be full and will not allow contributions...

    Am unable to contribute provisions from the coffer to an active fleet Colony project. The contribute button is greyed out.

    No new provisions are being created for the coffers.

    I can confirm as Fleet Leader (Supreme Overlord) for United Fleet - a Federation Fleet. No new provisions are generating and the button is grayed out, so no further projects can be started or finished.

    Same here...

    Cannot donate provisions nor use coffers to fill Colony projects.
    The issue is stemming most likely for the changes they are making to the projects system. (since the DOFF coffer is also a new addition to the Colony coffer).
    Not sure what logic is being used to just plop these changes onto the live server before actually testing that they work.
    Track your accolade progress easily. MSExcel or Libre/Open office required.
    Mission Accolade sorting also included.

    i am the fleet leader for Haven fleet in the 7th fleet armada. at this time i cannot access my colony world provisions which r all full at 250000. the contribute buttons r greyed out and i cannot access to donate to my current colony world projects. its not a setting issue i checked and ive tried on all my toons already. those buttons were not greyed out before the 13 th anniversary dropped in ???????????

    The 24th caused the colony provisions to go offline.
    It is unfortunate. they are now causing a fleet I belong to massive ammounts of stress cause we cant finish a project due to the incompetence that exists.

    I can't answer that because I'm not going to bother grinding out 200,000 luxury provisions. If I happen to come across some as a random drop from the colony defense TFO, then I can try it. I know I can't drop any into the coffers.

    That said, I *can* purchase from the colony fleet holding without any issue, so at least that part is working.

    Actually 2 problems encountered at the moment:

    1.) Provisions donated to the Coffers are stuck there, and can't be used.

    2.) We also can't donate the required Boffs to the Special project either.
    Resistance is never futile!
