Delta Character Reward

I was playing with one of my characters, unfortunately I've had him abandoned for a long time and now it occurs to me to play him, he's a character from the Delta promo, the problem I'm having is, I already finished the DELTA chapters, but when trying to claim the reward, it tells me that I have not completed a mission, which seems strange to me, since according to the list, I already have all the missions completed, it does not tell me which one I am missing or why I cannot claim that reward, by the way, Yes, I have been claiming the other rewards these days, but not this one, I leave you the link of the image.

    Have you played the Kobali Crisis missions? They are in the Available tab in your Mission Journal. You need to do them in order to unlock the Delta Quadrant rewards for Delta Recruits. You have to go to Kobali Prime, you cannot do it on Earth. They are sadly not listed in the requirements for doing the Delta Quadrant and those objectives has not yet been updated with that information.

    I mean, should I enter the planet on earth and play the missions??? I thought that just going through the ones that were in the chapters was more than enough.

    You MUST complete the Kobali Crisis missions, ACT 1-3 on Kobali Prime to complete the Delta Arc, as shown in your Available Tab, as is already mentioned. This is a hangover from when they rejigged the mission lists a few years back.

    When you made this post, how far along were you through the Kobali Crisis missions? And how far along are you currently, right now?

    Just completed this on My Delta Recruit and yes as others have already said you have to do all the Kobali Crisis sub missions for this to trigger, as annoying as that is. Used to be that you only needed to complete the first Act to qualify now it's all three. So time to play Ground Trek Online.

    At least one gets to earn elite marks for either the Delta or Iconian reputations (Ancient Power Cell and Iconian Datacores) when doing these missions. Upon completion of the 3rd act, there is a console to the left of General Q'nel's office where one can repeat the act missions. One is able to replay the 3rd act as many times as one wants to get the elite marks (datacores/powercells).

    Well, almost as many times as one wants, as there is a 20 hour cooldown for the mark bonus to reset.
