Cant skip video?

So I have been replying some older missions that I KNOW you could skip the conversations in them, but I have found that .... I cant now.

Is anyone else having this problem too?

    You can't skip it when holding the ESC key?
    OR
    You didn't know that you could skip (most) cutscreens by holding the ESC key and waiting a few second and watching it circle through to be sure?

    If a cutscene cannot be skipped, it will indicate as such if you attempt to use the ESC key. However note that it is a push and HOLD and not just a push.

    There have been parts that you could skip holding esc, but now many of the ones that I could, cant be skipped, it has the no skip icon even though ive done that mission a thousand times before. I am sure there was an update and that mucked it up.

    They've stated that for the ones you can't skip, it's because the game is loading the map in the background and it needs that time to do so. (IE - If you skipped it, it would still then go to a loading screen <--- And that would take programming/development time; so they just make the scene unskipable.)
