very slow patch on map transfer.

Hello,

I'm having a bit of a problem with my DSC Starfleet character, I try to play the "Where Angels Fear to Thread" mission, and the map transfer loading screen keep showing patching 1 file 0bytes/sec. It's like failed to connect to the game server.
what should I do, I restarted the game 3 times by now and my DSC Starfleet character is stuck on the lading screen.

thanks for your time, any help would be appreciated.

    In the Options part of the STO launcher turn off On Demand Patching, turn on Force Verify, and then let it patch and try again. This game since many years ago does not like On Demand Patching.
