And I mean this in the nicest way possible, but SHUT THE HELL UP! I do not need, let alone want to hear your speech for the 5000th time! Once a year is enough, thank you very much.

As a cat-I mean Caitian, I actually consider this a sign of respect. After all, you humans are weird for asking to enter a place and not wanting to ask to leave it immediately just so you can ask to enter it again.

I guess you're somewhat right about that...
Though I can explain the weirdness: us humans don't actually own any place when your 'people' are around. So we're more accustomed to having to request permission, which gets tiresome after a while.

Not to be "that guy", but the easy solution is to not hang out at ESD or DS9 all the time while the museum is active.
I don't suppose we can recruit Westley into presidency. I'd be "Shut up President Westley"
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Sounds great.
When will our fleet bases be improved so that they can serve as our main base of operations as well as DS9 or ESD?
There are plenty of hubs with all the stuff available at Earth Space Dock or DS9.
E.g. Drozana or the Romulan Flottilla.

Far as I know the only thing missing from K-7 is a BOff trainer. Other than that it has the more commonly used amenities like Bank, Exchange, Mail, Ship Selector, Tailor...
A Boff trainer is precisely one of the main reasons why I stay near ESD though.
Most other things can be found in other places too indeed, but 'most' isn't all.
Besides, on most other stations the things that are available are spread out more. That, and I simply don't like their design.
Except for Starbase 39, which, with its more dimmed lighting and such, has a more quiescent feeling.
But newer toons - the ones I tend to play the most because they have more things that need to be done - can't transwarp there yet.
ESD cannot be fully replaced by those other stations, not on all toons at least.
"How about you don't hang out at the main HUBs where you have all the NPCs needed for your everyday stuff, have the best visuals and are the closest to the recent missions' starting points" is quite the "interesting" take.
Suggestion: Make the President's popup appear as a button in the lower right (in the set next to Dock and Beam to Academy etc) which has to be triggered by the player.
Well don't blame me, i know I didn't vote for them.
Ah....Everybody voted, but someone implemented an option that wasn't even on the paper.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

Actually no. I have all of my characters based around DS9 for the sole reason that this is the only place I've found with a Trader that I can obtain Gamma Quadrant commodities from. I need these commodities for the high-end DOFF missions to convert into Fleet Marks for my fleet. Believe me, I would much rather spend my time at K-7, my prefered starbase, than DS9. I find DS9 to be small and over crowded with NPC's who constantly push you around while you are trying to conduct buisness. So, yeah, don't really have a lot of choice unless I decide not to aquire those commodities.
Attention Gearbox and Cryptic:
Everyone shouldn't be seeing the President Okeg after obtaining the accolade. Should mark the character as having been completed the accolade thus resulting in no more pop up.
Idk, i hang at ds9, and every year for a while now the museum goes up, it really doesn't bother me. I could be just used to the repetitive-ness of alot of things. Kurland out-

President Okeg it was nice of you to contact me the first time about your fleets ships and histories. I did enjoy it really but constantly hailing me over and over again about your overgrown pizza cutter fleet of ships gets old really quick.
