KDF New Character Has No Option to Skip Tutorial and Starts in Qo'Nos

Usually new KDF characters start on a ship where they complete a tutorial. On login, you are given the option to skip the tutorial, and the character is transferred to Qo'Nos. I've just created a KDF character and he was sent directly to Qo'Nos but is still at level 0, no option to skip the tutorial and get on with life, still sitting at level 0 in Qo'Nos. Super bizarre, just started happening this week. I have created several characters on this account recently, so this is definately a new bug.

    @centralcontrol question for you. Is this effecting all KDF toons that you're seeing or only specific kinds of KDF toons? Example: standard KDF toons are fine but Discovery Klingons can't skip

    Wrong way around. Standard behaviour during the Recruitment Event is that the character must play the tutorial and doesn't get the option to skip it. OP said his character was just dropped straight onto Qo'noS, without the option to skip/play the tutorial.

    It seemed to be affecting all of them, but the only ones I created was KDF alien engineer male (a couple of times) and then I tried KDF Gorn engineer. Just deleted the last one I had created that was still at level 0 on Qo'noS but now the new character creation appears to be working fine as it put me on the ship with the tutorial skip option.

    I deleted the character that had been experiencing the bug (I created probably 5 in a row that had the same problem) and created a new one just now -- now appears to be working properly. Thanks
