Delta Recruit character did not recieve a Aegis R&D Duty officer.

My Delta recruit was supposed to get a Aegis R&D duty officer for crafting the Aegis set as a basic reward for leveling something in the crafting system to level 1 early on right?, but none is listed in my list of Duty officers despite having claimed the reward with the character. I have never dismissed or given any officers to the fleet so it isn't that.

    Look for Gumarre.
    He should have been in the reward pack you received at Level 1 R&D - check your [Tesseract Communications Receiver] for the reward pack.
    He is 'Bind on Pickup' from the reward pack so you can't accidentally sell him on the exchange. Also, I'm not aware of any Fleet projects that require donations of 'Rare' duty officers

    If you do not have this Duty Officer, it may be possible that he's on your roster of Active Ground officers.

    It may also be possible that he's been broken down into 3 green duty officers via the Rare Duty Officer Transfer mission from Starfleet Academy.

    -I claimed it already according to the Teseract and can't reclaim it. I remember not seeing it listed when I claimed the reward, but but just thought it might have been because none of the Engineering or Shields R&D fields were at a level where I could take advantage of the officer. Now that I am leveled in those areas and the project appears in the list there is no officer to use for it.
    -That's the first thing I checked, no luck. Did a search for all 3 possible Aegis officers on my roster and came up empty.
    -I don't recall doing that. This is also a Romulan so I'm not on Earth much with her.

    This is annoying since crafting the set is one of reasons I made a Delta recruit in the first place...

    That was probably it, thanks. I found him. I think I must have had him reseaching something.

    He is a Research Lab Scientist, but this is why I suggested looking in the Roster and the Active Ground.
    I didn't think to suggest he might be doing something else, though - glad you found him.

    You might also have had him out on a doff mission.

    I always try to set up any crafting/research before I set up duty officer missions. That way I don't accidentally assign someone I need for crafting to a different mission and lock myself out for the duration.
