    i under stand it, but its quite anoying that reclaimeable Boff's cant produce training manuals no more.....

    Attack pattern Beta does NOT trigger the new starship trait Bulwark. The STO website said both Omega and Beta would trigger it; Omega does, Beta does not. It's also nearly impossible to achieve 5 stacks. You're lucky if you can maintain 2 / 3 stacks at any given point. You should re-do this trait description and say 3 stacks of Bulwark are achievable.

    Could also post a bug report if it is not functioning as intended.
