I like the Nebula, Kumari, Vesta, Prometheus and Akira suggestions. Don't really care for the other ones.
To be honest though, I'd hate the idea of having to buy the same ships again.
They should give people ways of upgrading existing ships to a new one if they're going to endlessly re-release the same ships. It's really getting silly how many variations exist of some ships already.

1. none of those ships really qualify as "legendary", but then again Legendary has become SO overused in STO, just as the term Hero has been.
2. no way will they try to sell such a large bundle. the ONLY reason they got away with it for the 10th was the 6 hero ships from the shows, and that was well before the economy tanked
The devs have said they won't be doing another bundle as big as the 10th Anniversary because finishing it in time was exhausting for the whole team, so an even bigger bundle is out of the question. The Jem'Hadar Light Battlecruiser also doesn't meet Bort's stated requirement of the being "at least two" existing in-game variants for a ship to qualify for a Legendary variant. They also haven't done a Legendary for a ship that isn't from a playable faction yet, so we don't know if they would even consider a Cardassian or Breen ship, I hope they would but there's no guarantee.
Definitely some ships on that list I'd love...but like people said the Devs wont be making large packs like that anymore, but they could be solo or part of smaller packs
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power
I believe I read that putting the 10 ships in the 10th bundle was too much so I highly doubt you'll ever see 13 ships. I purchased the old Temporal Special Agent Pack bundle on a great sale years ago and that had 13 ships as I recall, but some of those were lower tier and as I stated, it was years ago.
I'll wager four or five ships with tons of filler.

Be realistic if they did another legendary bundle, I could see a Prometheus, as its an episode ship, a Cardassian Galor/Keldon as they're common in cardassian episodes, and a Jem hadar Bug ship. All those with possible exception of the Prometheus (carrying an episode?) meet the criteria. Multiple versions in game, and mostly carried an episode.

The Prometheus would fit as it did indeed carry an episode (Message in a Bottle https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Message_in_a_Bottle_(episode) ). Thomas even said he "could see an argument" for a Legendary Prometheus when he was streaming his work on the Andromeda remaster.

There was the episode Sisko had a captured Bugship, and we have 2 variants, the canon and the T6. I could see the Bugship getting a Legendary at some point. I can't see the Galor/Keldon being a Legendary though.
At the prices bundles are going for now a 13 ship bundle would cost us the GDP of a small country.... plus tax. We'll be lucky if we get three ships, a costume, a couple of ground weapons... all at the low... low... low.. price of 13131313131313 zen.
I was hoping that the new owners would kind of get away from the gouging bundle policy. Guess hoping in one hand and s**ting in another and I got what I should have expected.
Out of that list I could see eventually a "legendary": Jem Hadar "Bug" ship version, a Prometheus version & agree with an above poster about it likely to be a Miracle Worker, some sort of Cardassian ship version would be nice just not another Galor/Keldon, & pending how the Picard series goes a Stargazer version too.
There's lots of good candidates & I'm sure Cryptic is very picky about which ship class lines get a "legendary" treatment. I was impressed with their non-legendary Terran ships this year ... all but the Cygnus that is & their whole phaser lance copy & pasting.
I could very well live with the Prometheus being a Miracle Worker ship. The specializations were just an idea of mine. I was more focused on the actual ships. I can see that the size of the bundle is probably too huge. But these are also ideas that could be implemented in bits and bytes every now and then (maybe single ships or smaller bundles over the years, even faction bundles).
I would have loved to see a Hideki reskin for the T6 Cardassian Intel Escort, as it's the only canon Cardassian ship (except the freighter) that isn't in the game yet.

IMO? Yes, to a legendary Akira. (reasons, I really want one myself.)
And yes to a legendary Bortas. (reason, they need one since feds and roms got their flagship)

We really do need (read; I desire) some legendary JH ships.
Sadly the Dreadnought Carrier would likely not get a legendary but still.
I think it would qualify, it was pretty prominent in the DS9 episode Valiant and has two existing in-game variants. The Light Battlecruiser may have been seen more frequently on the show, but it only has one in-game variant so far.

Of the Starfleet ships mentioned, the Akira is the one that makes the most sense to get the legendary treatment (IF one appreciates the whole legendary stuff and the reselling of slight variations of the same items). Together with the Nebula probably.
The Akira was in DS9, First Contact, Voyager and it heavily inspired the NX-01. Few other classes were so clearly presented as forming a key component of Starfleet's various fleets as this one. And those other classes that were, already have a legendary version.
maybe not a "legendary" pack, but a small craft collection 13 shuttles for a MUCH smaller price tag. maybe ad a second seat like the Delta flyer has to make them special
In the immediate, they should box up the Recon and Strike Ship into a selection box. Same with the two Sheshars.

I was thinking because it's a lockbox ship is all. The only reason to consider gambling for me personally.
Then again, a c-store Engle is a thing. Kinda forgot about that.
It was a heavily featured ship, almost as iconic as the bug so it qualifies in that regard.

We have plenty of promo, lockbox, and Lobi ships that became Legendary, such as:

Sadly I did not watch DS9 when it first aired (thought season 1 was boring, trying to watch the Dominion War episodes now though), so I'm not sure exactly how heavily the Dreadnought is featured, but in the clips and episodes I've seen the Light Battle cruiser was much more prominent.

pretty prominently actually, both of them were. I think the only problem with the light battle cruiser is that it only has one model, and they like to include multiple + a new legendary exclusive one. I could see them just making the light battlecruiser + a new skin/model available like they did in the mirror bundle this year with the mirror engle.
too bad the devs have already said most these ships will not be made legendary so the few left prolly are a no go as well.
I can still see the Bortasq'u and Bugship becoming Legendary at some point. The Bort because of flagship status, which the Odyssey has, and the Bugship because not only is it the iconic Dominion ship, there was an episode or two with the DS9 crew taking one and using it.

I argue since they can't really sell a level skip bundle with the bug, we could see a two pack legendary vanguard dreadnought Carrier and attack ship.
