Tier VI Temporal Defense Initiative won't complete

I reached 200K reputation, slotted and filled the project to claim Tier VI reputation, hit collect reward, and nothing happened. My Character (Faith) now shows having 205K reputation, but Tier V, no access to any tier VI projects. It still shows the projects available for Tier V only.

    Change maps (go into a hub like Drozana or ESD or the First City of Qo'noS from Space/Sector and vice versa) and see if that works.

    I've encountered this plenty of times while I was on Drozana, and I'd finally get the notification that I've reached Tier VI when I beamed back onto my ship in the Drozana System (space outside of the station).

    You need 250k Reputation to be able to Upgrade to Tier VI.

    Changed maps a billion times since this happened. Map change does not help.
