I cant claim from mail

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
So some was giving out a free kit module and i said ill take it. He said he would throw some more things in with it. I go to claim it but it just wont let me take the things. I have the space for them. I tried leaving and rejoining. New instance, different stations, etc. I cant upload video here, it is saying that it took to long and connect was lost, it is only between 1-2 min long. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UfsrB9yPXM

    2 of those items are Bridge Officers. Do you have free space in your Bridge Officer Roster?
    If your roster is full (15 officers in it) that might prevent your claiming.
    I recommend you to try again, once you have at least 2 free places in your Boff roster.

    This is what I immediately thought, although the Roster doesn't need the free Bridge Officer Slots, it's the "Candidates" area which has a limit of 15.
    Open your character screen, go to the 4th tab and clock the "Show" button at the bottom to view your Bridge Officer Candidates list. If there's 15 officers in there, this will likely be why you can't take anything from that specific mail.

    Oh... yes, you're right of course. It's the Bridge Officer Candidates list I was talking about. My bad.
