Lighting/bloom overload in New Romulan lava caves

The lighting in the lava caves has gone completely nuts. This blinding glowing mess is how it looks now in any instance of it starting with 'Sphere of Influence' and later missions.

This is with lighting 2.0 enabled. Disabling lighting 2.0 makes the place go basically greyscale and the lava doesn't glow at all - but I don't go blind and you can actually see what's going on. It didn't use to be like that, and definitely didn't last I did any of these missions (sometime last year).
However, during 'The Power Source' the place looks normal, the way it's supposed to look, with lighting 2.0 enabled.
This is on my GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB, max graphic settings. Windows 10.

Power Source looks normal because it's not the same instance.
Same issue because it uses the same map.
Power Source, Sphere of Influence, Blood of Ancients - all 3 maps have the same issue!
They might be the same map, but not the same problem because they aren't the same instance. All 3 maps do not have the same issue. It's Secrets of the Ancients, not Blood and it's the same map/instance as Power Source.

Blood of Ancients is a completely different mission that also has the exact same issue.
Hence why I refer to The Power Source, Sphere of Influence and Blood of Ancients as the three missions affected whenever I refer to this bug.
Secrets of the Ancients plays the cutscene just fine - any display issues during that stem from the problems in The Power Source.
