I did not receive my zen that was purchased through ARC store

I have not received the Zen that I purchased. I am not sure where the issue lies but I would like it resolved. Zen was purchased on November 26th.

    You will have to post this to Customer Support. No one in the forums can do anything about this. Also, there is a probation period when you use Steam instead of Arc. Just contact CS and they will remove the lock from your account and you will get your zen.
