How can i contact support to change an account email without being able to receive verify code?

I have been using a free web-mail for over a decade, softhome.net Two weeks ago their server crash, when it come back the account doesn't have an inbox and cant receive mail. I email support a their web mail twice but they dont reply or fix anything. I can still log into the web mail and send mail from it. I can still log in to my STO account as its the same previously verified PC and Ip address. Is there a support email that could help me change it to new email address? I could send mail from the mail account to verify. I can still log into the game on same pc and same ip address. This issue going to be worse with new win10 requirements as everyone loses their data upgrading.

    @syrupofsquill you will need to raise a ticket with support on this one as it deals with stuff none of us have access to here. Open an arc support ticket and tell them the issue you're having. they will be able to tell you what they can do next. for now I'm going to have to close this thread. /closed.
