Dusted off old KDF character and now am stuck

Today i decided to dust off my old KDF toons I have. I have been barely active over the last few years. I have one toon that is stuck on ganalda and it will not let me beam out or access anything (saying I need to be level 11 to access the DOFF system) I cannot leave the station to do the revamped tutorial it wants me to do. I have played with every window i can think of and can't get anywhere.

If it matters I stopped playing this toon sometime after the level started at 1 (when I created this toon the KDF starting lvl was 20)

Thanks for your time. My other KDF toon was on Qo'noS so was a easy fix by running the tutorial.

    You need to replay "Duties of Command" to regain access to the functions that have 'relocked'.
    The mission plays out on Qo'noS so you'll likely have to use the Mission Transwarp icon on the right of the on-screen tracker to get there.
    If you're still stuck, perhaps you might share a few screenshots so that we can see exactly what you see.

    Try inferiority’s suggestion. If yet doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact support and ask them to manually move your character back to Qo’nos.

    Thank you, I did try the transwarp to Duties of Command but it did not work. I just attempt to contact support as well. I also attached some screenshots (but seems my mouse was not captured) I speced out my toon with all my space and ground points just seeing if that would work, but it did not. Oh well its the only toon that is currently unplayable and really so old that it is of no consequence.

    I did and they stated that it happened to a number of KDF characters when they redid "Duties of Command" they would get stuck. They moved my character to where he should be. Thanks
