No endeavor rewards

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
As of last update, I do not receive perk points after completing personal or universal endeavors.
This has continued for 4 days..

    You only receive perk points once you have accrued 20,000 overall base points which roughlt takes about 2 days per perk point. You don't get perk points for completely universal or personal endevors, Only 1 per every 20,000 points.

    Yes I understand how they work. The progress bar for those 20,000 points is stuck and shows no advance after doing an endeavor. So for example, I did all endeavors for three days and base points have not moved as normal. I am at 390
    overall.. This issue started only after the update where re-roll tokens were available for purchase...

    Why didn't you say it was stuck and not progressing. The way you worded your initial post gave the impression you were expercting a perk point per endevor.

    First make sure on the launcher on demand patching is off. Force verify to see if that helps. @darkbladejk anything else ?

    try make sure that the On Demand Patching is turned off as said above. if you've already done this, then I will need you to give me something to demonstrate that it's stuck, such as a video of your stuff when completing it or some documentation to demonstrate that it's not moving.

    I have a photo of the progress bar taken after today's endeavors, and will do the same tomorrow and post it here.
    I will include shot of completed endeavors also.... Will that suffice?

    This is what I need for evidence.

    1: a photo showing a starting place and where you were at that moment, such as you being at 390. just over half an experience bar to the next point.
    2: take a photo after you've completed the next set of endeavors and show that you did not in fact get a spec point and/or that the bar hasn't moved.

    I know this is a pain in the aft shuttle bay, but I have to be super specific when I fire off a bug report on something like this. whatever you can give me to show the issue. the more stuff you have the better.

    As you can see, it is a very annoying & common problem. So, no need to keep questioning the guy. I was even awarded a perk point, yet I don't have anything to spend & I am stuck at 14,800k.

    It was a common problem and dozens of players have reported this problem in the past. It started February 10th and has been happing for around half a year now. Though I did think it has been fixed, apparently not.

    Apologies for the attitude since this is a bit frustrating. I'm going to mention this since it did not make sense, but I am not sure who you represent in the community @eazzie, so again apologies if you're a developer or support team member. But, hearing "it's the first time I have heard of something like this" does not mean it's not a common problem. Otherwise this guy (xultos), would not make a forum presenting this issue. I think you need to be more understanding since all I am doing is reporting a bug. I will make a video if necessary, but "i could cut out the same stuff you did and claim it didnt move" is a wild accusation. Why would I lie about such a thing?

    It was a common problem and dozens of players have reported this problem in the past. It started February 10th and has been happing for around half a year now. Though I did think it has been fixed, apparently not.

    I'm not certain that it's the same bug, and no reports of it during the interim until the patch that changed Pass and reroll tokens to dilithium purchase-only.

    I was one of the people with this bug back then, but they fixed it quickly, and I got all of my progress that had not been showing when they did fix it, so at least there's hope for those with this problem if it is functionally the same as the problem that those of us who hit the old cap in Endeavor levels before the cap was raised had.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    @anodynes I hope so. I basically had 3 perk points go down the drain even though I am intentionally not trying to complete my endeavors. It is pretty difficult to do so when my endeavor is "Phaser Damage" & my main energy type is phaser... I hope to get reimbursed with my perk points :(

    I am suffering from the same issue, past 4 days I have done my endeavors and my progress is stopped at 3850 with a 516 endeavor rank. I first started to notice the problem the day after re-roll tokens became purchase only. I am wondering if this has something to do with the fact that I had over 100 uncommon, rare and very rare boxes that were not opened and now that they no longer contain the tokens if it glitched something in the whole endeavor system. All I know is that it is very frustrating and I have stopped doing endeavors and wasting my time for nothing.

    This issue was resolved with the update today ( 9-8-21 ) and the increase of reroll tokens
