missing event rewards

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
going through several character inventories i've noticed i'm missing several event related rewards such as the red angel armor and terran pistols..i can't find them under any reclaim menu so i decided to bring this up here, any assistance would be appreciated.

    If you earned the Red Angel Suit via the event as I did...from the menu, go to Events > Event Campaign > Reclaim Rewards > Ground Equip and it should be in the list there.

    Which Terran pistols are you referring to? The only ones that spring to mind are the those in the Lobi Store.

    i'm actually not sure on the terran weapons but someone else brought them up so i just assumed on that one..i run all the events and i tend to forget which items are which.

    Just trying to help pinpoint where the suit should be, given you couldn't find it. That's where it is for me. As it's not appreciated, I'll say no more.

    Likewise regarding the non-specific nature of the other item.

    Two reclaim spots. Events is one that was pointed out to you. The other is in the dilithium store under reclaim. you are talking about the mirror dual phaser pistols. They should be in both but if they aren't check the dilithium store.

    @anonidiot A bit more civility please. You came here looking for assistance and based on what you have said you were given assistanced based on that information. Being hostile towards others is a good way to get yourself kicked from the forum.

    As eazzie said, people here ARE trying to help. Being aggressive and dismissive of the help based on the information you're providing is not going to help you. So calm down and people will try and help narrow it down.

    And as mentioned, there are two places to check. There really isn't anywhere else. While I am more familiar with PC, most of the information should be accurate, and people who are more familiar with consoles would be able to be of more help. But being aggressive and dismissing help won't win you any points.

    How did you initially earn the rewards? Did you unlock them through Mudd's, the original events, or how did you unlock them? The people here are trying to help you, and we can't help you if you're going to be hostile. When people summon me, or I put a report into the devs we must be super specific with this stuff so they can reproduce it.

    ^^ that is the most important part... the red angel suit is pretty distinctive. Also the dilithium store hasn't been touched since Phoenix dropped year round. the only thing in dilithium store that changes are the boxes and I have personally reclaimed the mirror pistols out of that three times since the new one dropped... outside of that I can only assume maybe you had the terran armor unlocked and not the red angel suit? perhaps another twin phaser pistol that wasn't the mirror one?

    aside from that we would need some specifics on allegiance, captain type, species, all those details, including level and state of completion in game for starters...

    also assuming if this is an issue for you that you have them unlocked on other characters?

    could you also specify if it is you that is trying to acquire these items or someone you are helping? personally i am unclear on that.

    darkblade also made a worthy recommendation, if you bought them through the mudd store they are ONLY reclaimable through mudd store... they don't show up anywhere else... I am not 100% when you can claim them from that location either as it is not the same as the other two places... Dilithium store you can access in tutorial, event is level 10 or 11 I think. Cstore gets a little weird... T6s built for scale you can unlock in various places from mid tutorial and up.... Classic t1-t5 can only be claimed at the appropriate level... other items are just weird... to many to say.
