Back on 7-9-21 I bought 4000 Zen and only got 2000 and got charged a few days later for the other half. After opening and closing then re-opening a ticket I still have not gotten my Zen nor heard back from customer support since 7-16-21. I'm seriously considering termination of my account, but I will not go that far if I don't have to get the Zen I was charged for.
FYI I was using the Arc client to make said purchase and I only got one 2000 Zen charge email instead of two.
P.S. its kinda sad that this is my first forum post and its to report a bug I already put in a ticket for about 21 days ago.

Edit: I made a call to customer support today and I got my missing 2000 Zen
Wow... that's astonishing. As a F2P player in a 3rd world country, I have to pay almost 5 times the amount most players do and I dont have the financial capacity for it; now with the exchange dead, I cant even trade for a single ship
If service is so risky, how much worst will it get for someone on the other side of the planet and time zone?
