Can't customise Risian Luxury Cruiser [T6]

I'm trying to customise my brand spanking new Luxury Cruiser, but any change I'm trying to make gets reverted immediately. This happens on both the [T6] and [T6-X] versions.

Selecting the templates only lets me change a couple of ship parts before it breaks again.

    The T6 Luxury Cruiser does have major issues with customization. To do any customization you have to start from the T5 template, (Suraya) and it won't always allow part changes to stick. (I've found it's best to change one part, apply, come back, change another part, etc.) I can't get the type 3 stanchions to stick when clicking apply, and trying to load a saved preset with them results in this error message, which I've never seen before: Cannot use this costume in this slot due to type or old costume data. Trying to customize the ship after clicking the Luxe template just plain doesn't work. Can't even change the colors or hull material.

    Edit: And I haven't had any trouble customizing the Corvette or WCS, not that the latter has any parts to change, just patterns/hull materials.

    Forgot to mention: Randomize doesn't work at all, with either template selected.

    This is quite typical of Cryptic's corporate policy. After such essential things as the foundry or the calendar were simply taken out of the game, because the company is not able to find new, qualified employees for a certain position; the STO ship or clothing designer was also hit.
    Don't worry, this will go on and on until one day the servers will be shut down because there are too few players on them.
    I wanted to try out the new Risa ship and I'm at the tailor right now. This has spoiled my desire to test the ship. i'm about to throw it out of my hangar.

Nachdem so essentielle Dinge wie die Foundry oder der Kalender einfach aus dem Spiel genommen wurden, weil die Firma nicht in der Lage ist, für einen bestimmten Posten neue, qualifizierte Mitarbeiter zu finden; ging es auch dem STO Schiffs- bzw. Kleidungsdesigner an den Kragen.
    Macht euch nichts draus, so wird das immer weiter gehen, bis eines Tages die Server abgeschaltet werden, da zu wenige Spieler drauf sind.
    Ich wollte das neue Risa-Schiff ausprobieren und bin gerade beim Schneider. Das hat mir die Lust verdorben, das Schiff zu testen. ich werde es gleich aus meinem Hangar werfen.

    It's a very annoying bug indeed, but I've found a workaround. Downside is you can't use the new stanchions (I presume this is where the actual bug is). When in the tailor go from the 'Luxe' to the 'Soraya' version and back. Press 'undo'. From thereon customize whatever you want, BUT DO NOT TOUCH THE 'STANCHION' STYLE!!! You can change the colour though. I found this working for me and am now a proud owner of a black Risian Cruiser with red glow in the new style :D

    Same as other thread of the same bug. Filed the bug to the ship art team to review and fix.

    I have found a clunky workaround. Set the template to Suraya, which is the old T5, and you can start customizing.
    Edit: Ok... its partially working as there is a point where it will just start defaulting again...

    Forget I said anything. Changes did NOT take even with what looked like a workaround.

    It's because the stanchions are in the way. You got the first step right with the change to 'Suraya'. But then go back to 'Luxe' and press 'undo'. Customize all you want, but do not touch the stanchions. Keep them on type 2. You can change the colour though, I had no problem there.
