They really need to streamline Admiralty creation from this and the Stealing Time Bundles. I know it probably has to do with Cross-Faction Flyjng, but each of my Characters has to claim three Temporal Destroyer Selections, three Temporal Science Ship Packs, two Kelvin Heavy Destroyer Packs, and three Kelvin Ship Packs. I then had to select a different choice for each Pack. In some cases I then had to open that selected box.
Having the Admiralty Card actually show up required logging out and back in to have some of the Cards show up.
Of course now when you dismiss Ships, Inventory is choked full of the 'cr*p' that came loaded on the Ships.

Is there any chance we can get the ship boxes we've unlocked through this purchase to be account bound, and not character?
I only need the Einstein Class and the Kelvin D-7 Destroyer. But apparently according to the item description I paid $150 and am only going to get one of them, because the character I'm opening the box(es) on is Federation. Hoping this gets rectified, because the price tag is currently not in keeping with the level of service rendered so far if this is correct.
If you have Cross-Faction Ship Flying unlocked you get them all. You can claim the Kelvin Heavy Destroyer pack twice, let's say. Open the first and select the Einstein and the second you can select and claim the Kelvin D7 the three pack, claim it three times and then select the Constitution, the D4x, and finally the T'laru from the third box.
If you don't have Cross-Faction Flying unlocked, do so. Each Character on your Account can claim as many of the boxes as they want. If you don't have Cross-Faction Flying you'll only be able to select Federation and Romulan or Klingon and Romulan.

They ARE account unlocked. For example, my three choices were the Vengeance and the two Kelvin packs, so now I can claim the Vengeance, Kelvin Pack 1, and Kelvin Pack 2 on all of my characters. Due to how the Kelvin Packs work though I DO need to claim them multiple times per character if I want all of the ships on each, so to get both the Einstein and the D7 on the same character I would need to claim Pack 2, open it and select the Einstein, then go back into Mudd's and claim Pack 2 again (which is free to do since it was one of my selections after buying the choice pack), open it a second time and select the D7 this time.

I'm assuming if I have to wonder whether or not I have cross-faction means that I probably don't lol. Lemme guess, it costs zen to do that too?

You can buy it out with Zen, but it can be very easily unlocked for free as well. All you need to do to get it for free is have a level 65 KDF character (must be the actual KDF faction, not KDF aligned Romulan or Dominion). Honestly it's so easy to unlock I don't really understand why they bothered putting it in the C-Store.

It's not allowing me to pick the Destroyer Pack twice. So either way I'm not going to get what I wanted, lol. Unless you're telling me to buy this pack twice. In which, no way lol.

I recorded a quick video of how it's supposed to work, assuming you have cross-faction flying unlocked, have purchased the choice pack from Mudd's, AND selected the Heavy Destroyer ship pack as one of your options then if this doesn't work for you you should contact support. Note: at the beginning when I cycle through all my available ships I'm just showing that I had not yet claimed either ship on that character.
Thereafter you buy the Kelvin Timeline Bundle, new items are put into Mudd's Market Ship Tab. You should be able to claim those items multiple times.

I thank you both for the help, but that's not what my interface looks like. They don't appear in Mudd's Market at all. Trying to figure out why. I simply open the box, have a choice of three items, and it won't let me out of the box without selecting 3 items. So I either have to pick 3 or cancel.
Oh, you're talking about the actual Zen Cost Bundle. Yes, you must make your three selections . If you select the three pack, the two pack, and one of the single ships, you'll get the three items added to Mudds Market Ship Tab. Those items are what you select to get the ship selection Packs.

Ah, so the scary $140 box I had sitting in my inventory just contained packs to permanently unlock them in the store selection... Well knowing that could've saved me a ton of panic. Thanks again for the assistance. Now I have unlocked five ships and not just the two I initially set out for, lol.
