    When is this POS going to be fixed? Worked just fine before the june 16 maintenance. Won"t launch STO just gives me a black screen with a blue circle mouse. have to restart computer since it doesn't just crash to my desktop after 10 minutes. uninstalling and reinstalling ARC did jack squat.

    Try not using ARC. Launch via the .exe file

    Today the game is seriously lagging and I am being timed out every 10 seconds with the server. What is the issue? Any suggested fixes?
