Missing Character Slot since House United Update

As title says, I had one empty character slot on my account before today’s patch, and now I don’t.

Have raised in game ticket, was advised to raise a post here also

    Yes, I can confirm as well as I had 1 character slot available yesterday, yet now it shows none.

    I've heard a few lost 1-2 character slots, as well in other threads, while I was trying to troubleshoot some other issues. Seems though the vast majority agree it was 1.

    I am also missing one (previously my only vacant) slot.

    As i have stated in my "Update ate a character slot"-thread in the general discussion forums i lost 1 empty (the last one) character slot. But thinking about it i wonder if i could lose another if i were to delete a toon. I dont want to try for now and hope someone finds out why this happened.

    I deleted an existing toon to make a new ferasan, but now I still don’t have a free slot.

    Same here, i deleted a toon to make a room (in case of special recruitement event) but this slot as been deleted.
    i also don't know where to make a ticket on the game, because i have used ticket before only about capacity,trait, and items bug.

    I'm also missing my single available character slot I had on a completely F2P account. It was there yesterday with the different faction options, today it's just a grey box with an option to purchase slots.

    That account is NOT LTS, nor has it ever had an active subscription. So this issue is definitely not unique to LTS/Sub accounts.

    Yea, something seems not right if you delete a character and still have no free slots.

    Hopefully they address, or at least explain what's going on.

    Yet it would be nice to know.

    I would expect we won't hear anything until tomorrow evening when the patch notes for this week are released.

    Judging by other threads, it appears everyone lost one slot as a result of last Tuesday's patch, so it's probably a priority fix. However between Cryptic's horrendously bad communications skills and the holiday weekend, they can't be bothered to actually say so.

    I have also had this issue. I thought that it would have been fixed by now. I am "pretty" sure that I lost 2 slots with the update. Definitely 1 but I am almost 100% sure it was 2.

    Well, there's only been one patch since the update, so far (second one should be tomorrow).

    Same here. Deleted a lowbie character to re-make it, no slot available...

    just logged in and... the (one) slot I had been missing since House United is back to displaying as available. (I've been keeping one since last summer in hopes of a Temporal rerun, have not made any new characters except for the Klingon Recruit using the new slot we got for that event.)
