Bug report On jem hadar tier 6 ships level 5 account unlocks not working

I hava a Jem hadar Vanguard character level 65 who has maxed out the Vanguard Tier 6 Dreadnaught to tier 5 + which is supposed to unlock the ship for every character on my account to claim even those who are not Jem Hadar. This shop has been unlocked for several years and I still can't claim it for any non jem hadar characters. I have tried to claim it from many different locations on my other characters but the ship is greyed out even in the Zen store it says my non jem hadar characters do not qualify for for the ship. I really want this bugfixed as soon as possible. please help me out thanks.

I've never seen this before, yet if it were me I'd take all items off your ship and put into Inventory. Then discharge the ship, and then reclaim it on your Jem Hadar.

Now if you've unlocked Mastery V it should remember that, and if for some reason Mastery VI (account-unlock) hadn't registered do a few patrols on Normal till it's earned. Then once it is obtained logout entirely, relaunch and then try to claim again on a Fed or KDF toon.

I've never seen the account-wide unlock not work before, but if you do continue having problems your best to report it to the support thread for Bugs, be it PC or Console.:

Sorry, but it is Mastery Tier 6, not tier 5 that unlocks it for the Account.

The Vanguard ships have 6 tiers of mastery, with tier 6 being the account unlock. T5 is just the starship trait.

Thanks for the advice i am going to try and discharge the ship and reclaim it I'll Keep everyone posted if it works or not.

So i tried this again on my federation delta recruit i traveled to earth space dock and attempted to claim the ship after reclaiming it on my jem hadar Vanguard and even in the Zen store and i still have the same message from the Zen Store my character does not meet the requirements for the ship and cannot claim it it did come back with all the upgrades at tier 6 + the additional ship upgrade token upgrade on it as fully unlocked but again it won't allow my non Jem hadar characters to claim the unlocked ship.

Do you have other characters that can claim this ship?

What level is your delta recruit? It might not unlock for them till 50 or 65 or something.

Did you get the mastery level on the ship to level 6? If not, then, as several others have pointed out, that's your problem.

Finally it unlocked fully thank you for the advice strathkin I had to log out and re enter the game then I played the Jem Hadar on his dreadnaught through a Mirror universe station battle in the badlands and after I changed to my federation character at earth space dock I was able to claim the Dreadnaught in the tier 6 ship claim menu I then changed to a Klingon and was able to claim it in both the zen store and at my fleet ship panel on the Fleet star base. I am so glad this worked thank you very much.

Yep i agree the unlock is tier 6 and i like how arc changed this in the new legendarys i have all of them except for discovery at the moment. my Jem Hadar raider is level 5 and needs 30000 exp to reach level 6. for me to unlock it i plan to do so this month and make sure the bug problem is solved on my account for now i am glad the dreadnaught is working properly. and the admirality card also worked right after i unlocked it. so I'm happy about it now. again thank you everyone for your input and assistance.

I too have a question concerning the gamma vanguard ship unlocks, so i hope it's ok to ask here instead of creating a new thread.
I stopped playing some years ago, before ViL and just returned a few month ago. I recently bought the gamma vanguard pack and would like to unlock the ships for all my characters but i'm not interested in creating a long term non-gamma recruit Jem'Hadar. Is it possible to create a Jem'Hadar just to unlock the ships and then delete him and still be able to claim the ships for new characters that are not Jem'Hadar? Or do i need to keep a Jem'Hadar that account-unlocked the ships to claim them on other characters?

As your question is still about the Vanguard ships and their T6 Mastery Unlock... its acceptable as it is still technically on topic.

The answer: As long as you got the unlock done... its yours. It basically puts a little checkmark on your account saying "I've unlocked this". So you should be good.

Although IMO unless you're hurting for character slots I'd probably just say use 'em until you master the ships, then leave him. Maybe use him for some extra bank storage or something. But I can understand wanting a Gamma Recruit more.

Thanks for the answer. I'll probably keep him until gamma recruitment reruns and then replace him with a recruit. Or at the very least until i use up my last character slot. But i'm a bit hesitant to create new characters i dont absolutely want, because i feel forced to properly equip them, max out reputatition etc. and that is time consuming and costly. Call it ocd or whatever but i just cant leave toons unfinished/unmaxed.

No problem.

I'm slightly the same myself. All but one of my characters at least has mk XII gear.

i'm not sure if you get to keep the unlocked ships if you delete the vanguard jem hadar but i think it's ok once the ships are unlocked i believe it is an account unlock so it should still work.
